Biography
| May Ann Licudine is a freelance artist and digital photographer living in Philippines. She is also a painter and has mounted several painting exhibits. She won the finalist in 33rd Shell National Student Art Competition last 2000. She won the 3rd prize in 2003 PBBY-Alcala Illustrators' Prize. This time, she also won the Grand Winner in 2005 PBBY-Alcala Illustrators' Prize for the published book "The Yellow Paperclip with Bright Purple Spots" and received the Encouragement Prize in the 14th Noma Concours for Picture Book Illustrations for the unpublished book "The Boy from Cotabato" in Tokyo, Japan. She loves eating watermelons and strawberries. |
